Under the agreement concluded to construct, develop, manage and operate the port and extract natural and marine resources in the city of Baroe in the state of Southwest Somalia, this project, which extends over an area of ​​100 square kilometers and in cooperation with the largest international companies, will witness some of the operational projects that will be included in the agreement, for example, but not limited to:

1. Establishing a logistics area
2. Establishing a free market
3. Establishing cold and freezing warehouses
4. Exporting animal feed
5. Fishing and exporting fish
6. Exporting various types of agricultural crops
7. Establishing slaughterhouses and exporting various types of meat
8. Building hotels and tourist resorts
