About Arabic Digital Holding Company

Arabic Digital Holding Company was established in 2016 with a fully paid capital of 20,450,000 KWD (twenty million, four hundred and fifty thousand Kuwaiti Dinars) for the purpose of practicing holding company activities such as managing subsidiaries or participating in the management of other companies and owning intellectual property rights such as patents or trademarks, as well as owning real estate and movable property necessary to conduct its work and investing the company’s funds in trading in stocks, bonds and other securities. The company was listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange in November 2023 under the Over-the-Counter (OTC) system.
